I work as a Network API Product Manager at T-Mobile Polska, within Deutsche Telekom international project, where I am responsible for the development and standardization of APIs, with a strong focus on Device Status and Device Location. I hold a Master’s degree in Medical Physics from Lodz University of Technology, which built a strong analytical foundation for my work in systems and architecture.
Throughout my career, I have worked in international telecom environments (2G–5G), collaborating with globally distributed teams and supporting cross-country project transitions. These experiences taught me that success goes beyond technology - it is about trust, communication, and understanding people.
I strongly believe in a people-first approach. I combine technical expertise with empathy and leadership, and what motivates me most is seeing real impact - both in the products I build and in the growth of the teams I support.
