We care about women in STEM

Smart, charismatic, well-educated, and dedicated researchers and scientists, programists and engineers, entrepreneurs and engineers, leaders and activists. Women who influenced the shape of the modern world.

Often underestimated, fighting to break the glass ceiling, passed over in silence throughout the history of numerous scientific discoveries. It's time for women to come out of the shadows and proudly show the world their amazing achievements!

We care about equality, diversity and inclusion

What would new technologies be if they were not created by people who are so wonderfully different from each other? Summit connects and integrates LGBTQ+ communities, women of all colors and ages (especially women 45+ and their special experiences), women combining motherhood with a professional career, and finally the refugees from Ukraine. We appreciate human complexity and different life perspectives. We admire beautiful neurodiverse minds and respect their special needs.

We care about the Planet

We do believe that women can play a crucial role in mitigating the climate crisis. That is why we decided to do the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, the very first climate-positive event in Poland! Not only have we calculated and reduced the total carbon footprint of the Summit, but we also offset the entire CO2 emission. Last year we forested an area of about 1 ha, creating a biodiverse forest. This year we are actively involved in actions to restore wetland areas!
