Anna Surdacka

Anna Surdacka is a leader of an international team of software engineers at Roche. Beyond people leadership, she is shaping the technological strategy essential for Roche's drug discovery. Holding multiple roles in various business areas across different countries, resulted in the development of Anna’s strong leadership skills, but also helped her build a deep understanding of global perspectives, and taught her the importance of being adaptable, while keeping core values intact. She is passionate about innovation and technology, at the same time having great understanding of the opportunities and also inevitable difficulties coming from exercising professional and personal change. This allows her to be an engaged mentor for many individuals in, but not only, the IT field. She holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking and has 15 years of experience in finance and the IT industry. Anna has lived in Poland, the UK, and Switzerland, reflecting her global perspective and adaptability to diverse work environments. Privately, Anna finds joy and fulfillment in her roles as a wife and mother. She is a proud mom of 6-year-old Olo and a devoted “dog mom” to Watson, a 7-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi.
