After the workshop, participants will:
- understand the IT project lifecycle: the path from idea to implementation; what the stages are and what they mean; why each stage is important
- know the roles in the process: who makes decisions, who is responsible for quality, and what the roles of product manager, UX/UI, developer/programmer, tester, etc. mean
- better understand collaboration in IT teams: how communication between roles affects the pace and quality of work, what the most common problems in projects are, and how to overcome challenges
