This interactive workshop explores psychological safety as a skill rooted in courage, not comfort. Through active methods, reflection, and discussion, we will look at what psychological safety really is - from its biological foundations (how our brain and nervous system respond to threat and trust) to its everyday impact on speaking up, learning, and collaboration.
Participants will work with practical self‑reflection tools, including Amy Edmondson’s psychological safety questions, and explore how safety is shaped not only by individual behavior, but also by team and organizational practices. The workshop focuses on turning insight into action - helping you notice where safety is present, where it breaks down, and what brave, concrete steps can strengthen it in real work situations.
