In times of crisis, managers are expected to be a source of calm-even when calm is the one thing they cannot promise. Women managers in tech and automotive often carry invisible pressure: protecting their teams, keeping projects alive, navigating uncertainty with leadership above them, and quietly absorbing stress, fear, and responsibility alone.
This workshop focuses on the real, hidden side of leadership in crisis: emotional labor, burnout, and the cost of always being “strong for others.” We will explore how women managers can lead responsibly and empathetically without losing themselves in the process. Through real-life scenarios, reflection, and practical tools, participants will learn how to manage stress, set boundaries, and build resilience-both personal and within their teams-even when conditions are unstable and outcomes uncertain.
The session is designed for women managers and leaders who are tired of holding everything together in silence and want sustainable ways to lead through crisis without burning out.
