That is why this year's Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024 will feature Neurodiversity Harbor – an inclusive space designed to promote awareness and support individuals with diverse needs.
What does Neurodiversity Harbor mean in practice? First of all, a space conducive to relaxation and de-stressing, where you can rest and regain your balance.
Secondly, a space where there will be lectures and discussion panels on the topic of diversity.
And thirdly, circles where, in small groups of about 15 people moderated by a facilitator, in a safe space you will be able to share your experience of neurodiversity and discuss specific aspects related to it.
