Setting New Standards for Diversity Management in Poland!

We are proud to announce our collaboration with the Ministry of State Assets (MAP) and Minister Jakub Jaworski on developing and implementing the groundbreaking EU directive, Women on Boards. This initiative mandates that publicly listed companies and state-owned enterprises must have at least 30% women on their boards. It marks a significant step towards building more sustainable, diverse, and inclusive management structures in Poland.

Through this process, we are not only aligning Polish regulations with EU standards but also actively creating tools and mechanisms to support businesses in achieving this goal. These include developing guidelines, training programs, and mentoring initiatives to help companies prepare for these changes and benefit from them effectively.

Our collaboration with MAP also focuses on promoting best practices in diversity management, such as fostering an inclusive organizational culture. This culture not only supports women in leadership roles but also contributes to building more innovative and resilient businesses.

By implementing the Women on Boards directive, we are setting new management standards in Poland, highlighting the importance of diversity as a key driver of organizational success. This is also a step towards empowering women in the economy and emphasizing their invaluable contribution to business development.

Together, we are shaping a future where management is built on balance, collaboration, and the full realization of every individual's potential!
