That is why this year, together with the Lancome brand, we created a unique program "Write Your Future", which is aimed at women from disadvantaged backgrounds. It is to help young women enter the world of technology and spread their wings despite obstacles, including systemic ones.
The "Write Your Future" program is dedicated in particular to women who live in small towns, do not have a higher education, are just starting their professional careers, work below their qualifications, and are trying to return to the labor market after a break related to motherhood.
The "Write Your Future" program is a chance for all women who have not had the opportunity to get to know the digital world and the possibilities of digital marketing so far and would like to start an adventure in the world of new technologies - available for free and for everyone.
The "Write your Future" program, launched during the Summit, will allow 60 winners to explore the secrets of digital marketing, social media, and e-mail marketing under the supervision of experienced experts.
We believe that the change initiated in this way will allow them to spread their wings on the modern, digitalized job market.
