Leah Berking

With a Master’s degree in International Business Studies, Leah began her career at Continental eight years ago as an HR trainee in Germany. She quickly grew into a key HR specialist, driving the implementation of a new HR system and advancing the digitalization of HR processes. Seeking a broader business perspective, she moved to the USA, taking on the role of Business Manager. There, she managed cross‑functional projects and successfully led a team, gaining deep insights into operational excellence. Now back in Germany, Leah serves as HR IT Solution Manager for the EMEA region, where she oversees daily operations and shapes the HR IT landscape to connect business needs with innovative digital solutions.
