I graduated from the University of Wroclaw with degrees in Psychology and Dutch Philology. I am currently a Senior Team Leader at 3M, leading Customer Service for Premium customers. My background includes customer service expertise, people management experience, and a strong interest in social psychology. I am also an active member of the Women’s Leadership Network at 3M, which contributes to the community and supports the development of women in the workplace. I believe effective leadership is built on trust, relationships, and respect. While corporate environments can be challenging and complex, with a clear development plan a career can grow in a meaningful and fulfilling way.
