I am a Manufacturing Project Leader managing Commercialization Team in 3M Wrocław Superhub. Together with my team I took a responsibility for new product implementations for Consumer Business.
Across my 16 years career I gained foundational experience in procurement, supplier collaboration and project management by taking roles of increased responsibilities in Sourcing, Outsource Manufacturing and Manufacturing teams. I had a great opportunity to take a role of Continuous Improvement Project Leader as the extension to LSS Black Belt assignment before moving to current role. I am leading people both directly as a supervisor and indirectly through the cross‑functional projects.
In addition to daily tasks I actively participate in WLN activities and contribute to CSR initiatives, supporting community engagement and professional development across the organization.
