With over 10 years in the tech industry, I have built a career around solving complex problems while keeping the human element at the center.
My journey started in 2012 in the fast-paced world of logistics, where I learned to stay focused under pressure and manage challenging situations. 

In 2015, these skills led me into Project Management, where I spent several years overseeing complex project implementations.

Since 2022, I have stepped into a leadership role as Head of Customer Care, managing a global customer support team of over 50 talented specialists.

By bridging the gap between technical execution and people management, I ensure our operations are both efficient and focused on the person behind the screen.
I believe that even in the most intense tech environments, the best results come from combining smart logic with genuine empathy. 

My goal is to continue leading diverse teams to deliver great customer experiences that value effectiveness and humanity equally.
