Justyna Adamczewska is an experienced leader in transformation, with a strong background in the telecommunications industry, network development and architecture, and project management. She has contributed to the planning and delivery of technology partnerships for major international events, incl. UEFA Euro 2012 and World Youth Day 2016.
Over the past several years, she has led a range of transformation initiatives, including the reorganization of the Network and Technology area (more than 3,000 employees), the transformation of the cost base, and the merger of TP Teltech and Orange Polska. She is currently responsible, among other priorities, for the rollout of fiber-optic infrastructure supported by public funding across 32 competitive areas under the KPO and FERC programs.
Justyna actively supports women pursuing careers in technical fields, challenges stereotypes and leads by example how to manage smartly and succeed.
She is a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, International Faculty of Engineering, where she studied Telecommunications and Computer Science.
Her greatest passion is the mountains, particularly freeride skiing, trekking, and mountain biking.
