Konstantin Palitai

Konstantin Palitai is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Equinix, with a master’s degree in Computer Science from Belarusian State University.

He works on a range of machine learning projects that help improve both operational performance and business processes. His current focus includes optimizing cooling systems to increase data center energy efficiency and building AI agents that support sales and operations teams. He is fascinated by the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and sustainability, and believes some of the most exciting innovation happens when advanced AI meets practical business challenges.

Beyond his day-to-day work, Konstantin actively contributes to internal developer conferences and hackathons, where he shares knowledge and collaborates on new ideas, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
