As Dean of Programs at IE School of Science & Technology, I lead the strategic development and academic quality of both graduate and undergraduate programs in Computer Science and AI, Data and Business Analytics, Environmental Sciences and Sustainability, and Applied Mathematics.
My work centers on curriculum innovation, AI-enabled learning, interdisciplinary program design, and building industry-connected academic ecosystems that prepare students for a rapidly evolving technological landscape. I have led program redesign, new degree development, and international partnerships across multiple initiatives.
I am a Board Member of IE Women’s Unit and an active advocate for women in STEM. In 2021 I was recognized among the Top 183 Leading Data Academics by CDO Magazine and named among 55 leading women in technology in Spain (“Yo, Jefa”).
