Radek began his IT career over 20 years ago as a support engineer at HP. He holds degrees in computer science and psychology and has gained experience at EMC, Oracle, and VMware in various pre‑sales and sales roles across infrastructure and software‑defined solutions.
For over a decade, he has been part of Hitachi, working as a Technical Expert for the EMEA region with a focus on object storage, data management, and IT infrastructure. His unique strength lies in combining deep technical expertise with an understanding of the human side of technology. With a background in psychology and mediation, he effectively bridges the gap between complex solutions and the people who use them.
Throughout his career, he has closely collaborated with women in business—sometimes supporting female account managers as a technical consultant, other times working as a salesperson supported by a female technical expert. Radek believes that diversity of perspectives is not a nice‑to‑have but a key factor in making better technology decisions.
