Anna is responsible for driving the people agenda across all businesses and functions at the bank’s Warsaw hub. Additionally, she serves as the Head of HR for Operations in Wealth and Retail Banking.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, she served as the Head of HR for Poland & Switzerland and a Board Member at Diageo Poland, being responsible for shaping and executing the organisational and people agenda, ensuring the right structure, capabilities and talent for the future. Earlier, for 4 years, she held several HR roles at Deloitte Poland, contributing to the company’s people agenda by building a strong employer brand and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy. She was also a member of the HR team at Ericsson Ireland and worked with various globally recognised hotel & resort chains in the USA.
She holds a master’s degree in business psychology and an engineering degree in environmental protection. In 2025, she completed Executive MBA studies. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in labour law and holds the CIPD accreditation from the International College of Ireland.
