Alice Neffe serves as Country Manager at Steady Energy, a company developing small nuclear reactors dedicated to district heating. In this role, she is responsible for expanding the company’s activities in Poland and strengthening cooperation with stakeholders across the energy sector.
Neffe is also Vice‑Chair for Innovation within the Sustainable Business Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, contributing to national discussions on advanced energy technologies and responsible business practices.
From 2021 to 2024, she was a Director at the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.), where she coordinated international cooperation, led the development of the institution’s ESG Strategy, and advanced projects in nuclear energy. Earlier she worked on designing, negotiating, and implementing international and European legal frameworks in academic, non‑governmental, and public administration roles in Poland and abroad.
Neffe holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne University and an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki. She further expanded her expertise in nuclear energy through postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology.
