Dagmara Bocon

I’m a technology and operations leader with over 15 years of experience working across financial services, fintech and global organizations. I’ve spent most of my career building and running technology delivery teams across multiple locations, scaling them from early stages into structured, high-performing organizations. I focus on making things work in practice - ensuring services are stable, teams are aligned, and processes help rather than slow things down. I’m comfortable operating in complex, enterprise environments and working closely with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. In 2025 I’ve taken up aviation as an important personal pursuit and am currently a student pilot. It’s something I care deeply about, and it continues to challenge me to build discipline, focus, and strong decision making under pressure.
