I am a Product Manager at Tesco Technology, based in Kraków, with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. I started my career as a software developer, which gave me a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of how digital products are built. Over time, I transitioned into product management, where I have been working for more than 8 years across different domains, including telecom and e‑commerce.
In my current role at Tesco Technology, I am responsible for customer account‑related services supporting online shopping, with a strong focus on data consistency, security, and a reliable user experience. I work closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure that products deliver real value while meeting high standards for scalability and compliance.
As a mentor, I am happy to support women who are building or redefining their careers in tech, especially those considering a transition from technical roles to product management. Outside of my corporate work, I run my own genealogy business, which reflects my curiosity and passion for connecting people with meaningful information.
