Hanna Ziarkowska has over sixteen years of experience in the retail and e-commerce industry. She has successfully led competently and positionally diverse teams. She has been with Amazon since 2014. Since August 2023, she has managed the logistics center in Gliwice. She started her managerial career even before she joined Amazon, and within Amazon's structures she was the first person hired as an area manager in one of Amazon's distribution centers in Poland. She also gained professional experience as a member of the central team responsible for opening new Amazon logistics centers in Europe. She is also co-author of a development program for women managers in Poland and Germany (Women Leadership Program). She is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, where she earned a master's degree in ethnology and cultural anthropology.
