Mateusz Kozielec is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SIX, where he focuses on tech recruitment, sourcing, AI enablement, and process automation. He also supports employer branding initiatives for the Warsaw office while contributing to recruitment activities across all SIX locations.
He joined SIX in 2020 and brings nearly a decade of experience in HR, having worked in the field since 2016. Passionate about people and innovation, Mateusz actively supports the AI evolution within SIX HR, encouraging teams to adopt data-driven and AI-powered approaches to recruitment.
Internally, he is known as the “People Wizard,” reflecting his strong people-first mindset.
A key milestone in his career was his 2023 TEDxSIX talk, “Passion for Purpose – People Are My Purpose.” Earlier, during his studies, he led a student team working as a foreign correspondent (DE–PL / PL–DE) for Radio LORA München, gaining early leadership and cross-cultural experience.
Based in Warsaw, Poland, Mateusz holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in German Philology from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2025.
