Ida Matysek is a project management and business analytics specialist with international experience in fast‑growing business environments. At an early‑stage Finnish company, she played a key role in scaling the organization - leading team and project planning and supporting 300% headcount growth over two years, the creation of two subsidiaries, and the company’s expansion into international markets. As an analyst in a multinational corporation, she delivered data‑driven insights that informed executive‑level strategic decisions, including organizational transformation and commercial excellence initiatives.
Currently, at the Research and Development Department of the Polish Space Agency (POLSA), she supports the growth of Poland’s space sector, working closely with ESA BIC Poland and ESA Technology Brokers. She also serves as Alternate Delegate to the ESA Technology Harmonisation Advisory Group and as a Delegate to the ESA Advisory Group on Industrial Policy and Commercialisation. Ida is fluent in Polish, Finnish, and English.
