I’m a Change Expert and Project Manager at ING Hubs Poland, where I focus on helping organization adopt AI in a practical, people-centered way. As part of the CoE Transformation team, I work both locally and across hubs, leading implementation and shaping communication in AI adoption programs.
I thrive in fast-changing, sometimes chaotic environments, where I enjoy bringing clarity through communication and collaboration.
I’m an open and positive person who genuinely enjoys working with people, and I believe that real transformation happens when people feel supported, heard, and confident navigating change. My goal is simple: to help teams feel comfortable with new technologies and make AI work for them - not the other way around.
