Kinga Słowik is a Manager of Software Engineering at Pegasystems in Kraków, Poland. Starting her journey as a Pega intern in 2018, she grew through the ranks to Principal Software Engineer before transitioning into her current management role - bringing deep technical foundations to her leadership approach.
A recognized young leader, Kinga is a member of the AmCham 30 Under 30 program (11th cohort), selected among Poland's most promising professionals under 30. She holds multiple MongoDB certifications and was honoured with the internal 4x4 Award for outstanding performance.
Beyond her tech career, Kinga is an active contributor to her community through Projekt a Paulo charity group. She has served as the leader of Festyn Seniora (Senior Fair) three times - with last year's edition welcoming over 500 attendees - dedicating her time to bringing joy and connection to elderly people in Kraków.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, clean craftsmanship, and continuous growth - values that carry equally in code review and community work.
