Olena Pashnina

Olena is an Agile Delivery Coach with 10+ years of experience in IT, including a strong background as a Scrum Master and in project management. At Pegasystems, she works with product and engineering teams to improve collaboration, navigate cross-team challenges, and build sustainable ways of delivering value.
As a mentor, Olena offers practical, honest support. She helps mentees explore career paths in Agile and delivery roles, grow beyond the Scrum Master position, build confidence, and navigate complex work environments. Her approach is grounded in real experience — focused on small, meaningful steps rather than “perfect” plans.
She is also actively involved in the tech community as Co-chair of Women@Pega Poland, a mentor in the TechLeaders program, and co-organizer of Liberating Structures Kraków meetups.
