Anna is an Engineering Manager with over 8 years of experience in IT, currently working at Pega Systems in the mobile area within a backend-oriented domain. She leads engineering teams with a focus on quality, delivery, collaboration, and people development.
Her career started in testing and evolved into engineering leadership, giving her a broad perspective on software quality, team effectiveness, and the connection between technology, product, and business goals. She is currently pursuing an MBA to strengthen her business perspective and strategic leadership skills.
Anna is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing talent, and supporting women in technology. Recently, she has been exploring the impact of AI on software engineering, especially vibe coding and the transition from traditional development toward coding with agents. Together with her team, she experiments with AI-assisted workflows.
