In her role, Joanna leads the transformation of global IT Run operations, shifting teams from reactive support to service‑oriented, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled delivery. She is responsible for driving Service Excellence across a portfolio of 2,500+ IT services, with a strong focus on PMI’s most critical systems. She sees AI and automation as practical tools to improve reliability, simplify work, and deliver real value to customers and teams.
