Izabela Wojcik

I studied International Relations/Foreign Trade and got my Master's from Krakow University of Economics. I have been with State Street for 15 years, started my journey in Krakow and currently live in Gdansk. I have held many roles over the years, both as subject matter expert and manager, mostly within automation and transformation areas. In 2020 I was accepted onto 2-year leadership development program during which I worked in State Street Global Advisors, IT, and Alternative Services. In 2025 I moved to Charles River Development the FinTech division of State Street to lead and grow engineering teams in Poland. At this stage of my career, I'm focusing on couching and mentoring junior employees. I love to travel and spend time outdoors.
