Andrea is an Engineering Manager in Netflix’s Data Platform organization. She leads a team called Analytics Infrastructure & Enablement. Her team offers abstractions on Netflix's expansive data warehouse, and other data platform components, to enable efficient access to analytics-ready data models and easier development of analytic products and insights.
Throughout her career at Netflix, she’s leaned into data enablement – working within both platform and data practitioner organizations with the ultimate goal of improving our internal data experiences.
Outside of work, Andrea is a wife, mother of 3 boys, and a sports enthusiast. She enjoys attending sporting events with her family and watching her children participate in various extracurricular activities. She has resided in Northern California’s Bay Area for the last 8 years.
