Dominika Klichowicz brings over 20 years of experience in strategic HR and People & Culture, gained across international organizations in the high-tech, e-commerce, and fintech sectors — from global corporations such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Allegro to fast-growing startups.
She currently serves as Director of Organization Development & Employee Experience at OLX Group, a global organization of nearly 3,000 employees.
In her role, she leads the design and evolution of organizational culture and drives global development programs for leaders and employees. Her team focuses on building future-ready capabilities, including AI fluency, while shaping a modern, engaging employee experience.
Beyond her corporate role, Dominika is a mother of two, a passionate traveler, and a lover of nature and literature. As a certified mindfulness teacher, she delivers MBSR programs, supporting women in building resilience, navigating stress, and cultivating greater harmony and intentionality in both life and work.
