Patrycja Czarnul is a senior leader in telecommunications, heading the Product Engineering Group within RAN Services. She holds a degree in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Kozminski University.
She began her career 18 years ago as a software developer at Ericsson and gained experience across Quality, Testing, and Project Management, working internationally across Europe. These experiences shaped her passion for leading people and supporting their growth.
Today, she focuses on building high-performing, adaptable teams and driving organizational transformation. Passionate about the future of technology, she actively develops capabilities in AI and next-generation networks to keep her organization competitive.
She values trust, openness, and human connection, and finds inspiration in folk dance and supporting the development of young people.
