I am a psychologist and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in developing social and educational projects. Since 2013, I have successfully run my own nurseries in Warsaw. My work is primarily driven by a mission to improve quality standards. As an expert, I co-created the Quality Standards for the Care of Children under 3, which are currently being implemented across Poland.
I also have extensive experience in the non-profit sector – I have worked, among others, for the Empowering Children Foundation and the J.A. Komeński Foundation for Child Development, coordinating nationwide campaigns and projects focused on children’s safety and participation.
Currently, I am also developing in the field of new technologies as a co-founder of the startup “Herbatnik” – a digital companion for seniors.
