Na is an Engineering Manager at Netflix, leading the Technical Catalog (TC) team within the Data Platform organization. Her team is building a unified catalog of Netflix’s technical assets—data, software, ownership, and relationships—serving as a foundational layer for discovery, governance, and developer productivity. More recently, her work has been focused on evolving the catalog into a context-rich graph that powers AI-enabled workflows and decision-making. Prior to Netflix, Na worked at LinkedIn, where she was a founding engineer of the open-source metadata platform DataHub and later led work in metadata infrastructure.
Na is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating clarity in complex systems. She enjoys working at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and product, with a focus on making data more discoverable and trustworthy.
Outside of work, Na lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family. She enjoys spending time with her two boys and finds joy in watercolor painting as a way to relax and recharge.
