Kimberly D. McGuire is Chief Operating Officer and Workforce Development Lead for the Co-design Center for Quantum Advantage (C2QA), a U.S. Department of Energy National Quantum Information Science Research Center based at Brookhaven National Laboratory. She brings cross-sector leadership experience spanning higher education, construction and engineering, and consulting, with a track record of delivering results in complex, matrixed environments.
Her expertise includes strategic planning, program operations, contracting and procurement, communications, risk mitigation, and workforce development. As a systems thinker, she is known for connecting strategy to execution—building the operational frameworks and partnerships that enable scientific innovation to scale.
McGuire holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Nyack College, an M.B.A. from Long Island University, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering.
