Agnieszka Woś is an experienced HR Business Partner and HR Manager with a strong background in the building materials, manufacturing, and chemical industries. Currently working at Holcim Polska S.A., she advises senior leadership on labor law, employee policies, and remuneration strategies for large organizations.She specializes in strategic HR management, talent acquisition and development, performance management systems, and employee relations. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for organizations employing up to 1,400 people, while also implementing bonus systems, job evaluation tools, and performance review processes.Agnieszka is recognized for building effective cooperation with labor unions and external partners, as well as introducing initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and completed postgraduate studies in Personnel and Payroll Law. She is also a Certified Professional Trainer and has worked as a lecturer at the Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości.
