I am Talent Acquisition Partner with experience working closely with international leaders across Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. I combine hands-on recruitment expertise with an HR Business Partner approach, supporting both managers and candidates in making informed, sustainable decisions.
In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at NATEK, I partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, recruitment needs, and retention risks within multinational teams. I lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, support workforce planning, and use recruitment and market data to recommend solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness and improve the employee experience.
I graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in HR Business Partnering, and I am currently expanding my analytical and strategic HR skills through postgraduate studies in Personal Controlling at Kozminski University. My academic focus includes measuring HR effectiveness, workforce and human capital planning, and linking HR outcomes with business performance.
