Head of Talent Acquisition

European Medicine Agency

I am the Head of Talent Acquisition at the European Medicines Agency (EMA), working at the intersection of technology, people, and public service. For over 15 years, I have supported organizations in attracting and developing tech, digital, data, and STEM talent in complex, highly regulated, international environments. My work focuses on how technology-driven organizations build sustainable talent pipelines, adapt to rapid change, and remain competitive while serving the public good.

I regularly collaborate with technical experts, data professionals, and digital leaders, translating specialized roles and skills into clear recruitment strategies and meaningful career paths. I am particularly interested in how emerging technologies—such as AI, data analytics, and digital platforms—are reshaping careers, leadership expectations, and ways of working.

As a mentor, I value honest, practical conversations about navigating tech careers, career transitions, leadership without formal authority, and working in mission‑driven organizations. I aim to offer perspective, clarity, and encouragement—especially to women building confidence and visibility in technical and hybrid roles.
