I’m leading couple of roles in my life – wife of home automation lover guy, mother of 15-year old daughter full of energy and passion to cart racing and (last but not least) Women in Tech. Merging all these roles and responsibilities helped me to raise my project management skills to a very high level. I have spent past 20 years working within banking sector as a Project/Program Manager and Product Owner, mainly within Information Security space (Identity and Access Management and Privileged Identity Management). However, I have also strong financial background, as I get bachelor’s degree within finance and banking (accounting). I’ve spent tons of hours talking with engineers, developers, analysts, subject matter experts and senior managers to figure out how to build security processes in such a way, to minimize audit findings, please risk and control team and also sleep well during the night. Adding some more flavour to my personality - I’m a big fan of F1 racing and books. That usually helped me to establish good cooperation with all the men that I met on my business journey.
