Katarzyna Paluch is a passionate project manager with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Throughout her career, Katarzyna has been learning and implementing the idea of line management and project management balance, to bring out the best in people, empowering their influence on the quality of service provided. She is also an Ambassador in GlobalLogic, caring for presence and awareness of diversity, equity and equality values.
Prior to GlobalLogic (A Hitachi Group Company), Katarzyna led the technical support team, providing a 24h service for clients all over the world. The experience gained during that time allows her to adjust to any work model and overcome any challenge that she perceives as an opportunity. People met on that journey not only helped her to grow but became an inspiration and close friends, because true work history is made by people.
