Staff Software Engineer

CERN

I studied computer science at the Technical University of Dresden, where I obtained my M.Sc. degree in 2019. I then gained experience in software development and IT management in industry in Berlin. From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a fellow software engineer at CERN, contributing to a European project for federated data sharing. Afterwards, I joined the AMS-02 experiment (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) that runs aboard the International Space Station. There I worked as a research scientist and a software engineer, focusing on embedded and DAQ software as well as operational responsibilities as lead shifter. Since 2025, I have been working as a staff software engineer at CERN on the network configuration software. In addition, I am a co-organizer of the CERN IT Lightning Talks, a mentor in the Women in Technology (WIT) program, and a member of the Committee of Germans at CERN.
