Natalia is a Staff Performance & Data Analytics Engineer at CERN, working at the intersection of distributed computing, data analytics, and sustainable computing. She serves as the technical liaison between CERN IT and the ATLAS experiment, contributing to the development of CRIC and leading benchmarking and power-efficiency initiatives across the Worldwide LHC Computing Grid (WLCG), spanning more than 100 computing centers worldwide.
Her work focuses on infrastructure optimization, monitoring, and data-driven performance analysis across heterogeneous environments. She develops distributed benchmarking and analytics platforms and works closely with international scientific and engineering teams. Her work on power-aware computing has been presented at international conferences.
Before CERN, Natalia spent over two years at Samsung R&D as an ASR Engineer and Product Owner, where she led the commercialisation of an end-to-end speech recognition product for Bixby Voice Assistant across four European markets. She holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and was recognised as one of the Top 100 Women in Engineering in Poland (2025).
