Agnieszka is a senior finance executive with extensive leadership experience in international business environments, currently serving as a Department Director within the Finance Division of T-Mobile Polska.
Throughout her career, she has combined strategic financial leadership with transformation management, M&A projects, and organizational development. Prior to joining T-Mobile Polska, she also held executive board-level responsibilities, which allowed her to gain broad experience in business management, strategic decision-making, and leading organizations through periods of change and transformation.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is a certified business coach, a member of the Deutsche Telekom Finance Community, a member of the Tax Council of the Lewiatan Confederation, and part of the Coaching Club community at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She also has extensive experience as a mentor in mentoring programs organized by Vital Voices and the Women Leaders Foundation (Fundacja Liderek Biznesu), where she has supported women in building leadership confidence, navigating career transitions, and developing their professional potential.
