Agata Zyś‑Capiga has been with Bechtel since October 2024, currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Lead. She brings 16 years of experience across projects in the chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas sectors.
With a background in chemical engineering, Agata has contributed throughout the full project lifecycle - from conceptual design through detailed engineering and execution - holding both technical and leadership roles. Her experience includes coordination of multidisciplinary teams, development of technical solutions, and delivery of complex engineering scopes. At Bechtel, she is actively involved in the first Nuclear Power Plant project in Poland, where she leads mechanical engineering activities and supervises a growing team. In this role, she focuses on ensuring high engineering quality, strong collaboration, and alignment with safety and regulatory requirements.
