Throughout my career, I have worked as a Technical Product Owner, IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Business-System Analyst, leading projects related to digital transformation, AI, and software development.
In my daily work, I connect technology, business, and people - managing development teams, collaborating with stakeholders, setting priorities, and supporting organizations in delivering valuable solutions. I also lecture at university, teaching topics related to AI, the future of IT, and soft skills in the technology industry. I am particularly passionate about leadership in IT, supporting women in tech, effective communication, and the pragmatic use of AI in everyday work.
