My name is Ulyana Selitskaya and I am a Lead People Advocate at N-able. As a proud graduate of Belarussian State University and Belarussian State Economics University, I was inspired to pursue a career in Human Resources. I started as an HR Specialist in an international company and gained extensive experience in recruitment, talent management and development. In just three years, I was fortunate to join a global company, Mondelez International, in the position of HR Business Partner, where I was responsible for the full list of employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, C&B, development, succession planning, employer branding, coaching & mentoring and others. In 2016 I switched from FMCG to IT, working at such companies like IGG, EPAM. In 2018 I joined N-able as a Senior HRBP and moved to Portugal in 2023.
