Agata Żytniak

Agata Zytniak is a Senior Automation Engineer at Bechtel, based in Warsaw, specializing in BIM, engineering automation, and information management for large-scale infrastructure projects, including nuclear energy developments. She brings a strong background in surveying and construction engineering, with master’s degree from UCL and double engineering degrees in Construction Engineering and Geodesy. Agata plays a key role in developing and implementing CAD/BIM standards, optimizing engineering workflows, and enabling cross-disciplinary collaboration. She is also actively engaged in professional development and leads initiatives that promote team engagement and inclusion, particularly through Women@Bechtel Polska. At Bechtel, she has also held business development and office leadership roles.
