Psychologist and psychocriminologist by education, deeply people-oriented. Natalia channels this passion through her involvement as a member of the Steering Committee of the Women's Network CSC Poland and as a Mentor in the Kronenberg Citi Foundation. In the past years, her career at Citi involved working with the Talent Acquisition Team as a Sourcer, supporting recruitment processes in the search of passive candidates. Following this, Natalia transitioned to an HR Generalist role, where she supported global operational processes. In her free time, Natalia is a huge fan of running and nature.
