Kasia started her career in business and systems analysis and today leads large transformation initiatives as a Tribe Leader. She works on complex topics with significant responsibility and real impact exactly the kind of work she thrives on.
People matter to her, in a very practical sense. Teams, trust, motivation, and day-to-day reality determine whether things move forward or get stuck. She sets high expectations, brings the same energy herself, and when something needs to get done, she steps in and makes it happen.
